Reducing our impact on the environment with LEED

Industrial, construction, commercial building construction, industrial park construction, retail building construction, Camarillo, Ventura County, Southern CaliforniaNu-Line Construction recognizes the impact that construction practices can have on our surrounding environment. We are dedicated to minimizing the impact that the construction process has on our local environment in addition to improving the relationship that people have with our built landscape.

The LEED building rating system enables us to bench-mark a buildings performance compared to typical building standards. The LEED system resonates our belief that buildings should be designed and constructed in such a way as to integrate the end users of the building with the surrounding area in which it is located, both social and natural. We are convinced these goals can be achieved while maintaining profitability, which drives development. We are committed to advancing the green building movement in our region and aim to make LEED rated buildings more accessible to our clients by making the process more efficient, and thus, reducing the premium commonly associated with these types of projects. With LEED APs on staff and experience working on successful LEED projects, we are intimately familiar with the requirements for getting our clients projects certified.
